TechnoJutsu (“we”, “us”) provides IT consulting, software development, and related services. Managed IT / MSP services sold under this brand are performed by IT Network Solutions Group, LLC (“ITNS”). Customer data processed in the course of those MSP services is handled under the ITNS Privacy Policy.

Users of TechnoJutsu smartphone applications distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play

2. Information we collect

Website

Information you send us (name, email, phone, company, and the content of a message)
Ordinary web logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) generated by the hosting server

We do not run advertising pixels on this site and we do not sell personal information.

Smartphone apps

Countdown and other TechnoJutsu apps do not require an account and do not sell user data. Unless a specific app’s store listing or in-app notice says otherwise:

We do not collect names, email addresses, or precise location for advertising
We do not share user data with data brokers
The app may process data on-device to provide its features
If crash or diagnostic data is collected, it is used only to fix the app

If an app later uses sign-in, cloud sync, analytics, or third-party SDKs, that app’s listing will be updated and this policy will be revised before those features ship.

3. How we use information

To reply to inquiries and perform contracted work
To operate, secure, and improve the website and apps
To meet legal, tax, and professional obligations

4. Sharing

We share personal information only:

With ITNS when you request managed services
With infrastructure providers that host this website (processing under our instruction)
If required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service

Apple and Google receive whatever information you provide to them as part of installing or reviewing an app; that is governed by their policies.

5. Retention

Contact correspondence is kept as long as needed for the relationship and ordinary business records. Server logs are rotated on a routine schedule. App diagnostic data, if any, is kept only as long as useful for support.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for this website and limit access to systems that hold inquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Children

The website and apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices

You may email us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. You can also stop using the website or uninstall an app at any time.

9. International visitors

The site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. Material changes that affect an already-published app will also be reflected in that app’s store listing where required.
